“Vietti’s Timorasso 2021 is stunning. […] The 2021 shows an additional level of structural finesse that is particularly evident in its contours. Hints of lemon zest, white flowers, mint and chamomile embellish this layered and super expressive white. The 2021 was fermented primarily in ceramic and steel, with only one batch in wood. I’ve never been a big fan of Vietti Timorasso, but the 2021 may change my mind. It is a wonderful wine in every way.”
