Barbaresco Riserva Rabajà 2019

BARBARESCO-RABAJA-RISERVAVietti first produced Rabajà in the 1980s. Today, with the 2019 vintage, this Riserva is back. It comes from one of the most historic and prestigious single vineyards in the Barbaresco area.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vats for three weeks in contact with the skins and with regular pumping overs. Malolactic fermentation continues in wood. Aging lasts about 30 months in oak barrels.

Overall, it is a well-balanced and refined wine with a long and persistent aftertaste, where the ripe, soft, and well-integrated tannins give Barbaresco Rabajà a good structure and great elegance.
