In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, VIETTI SRL, in its capacity as Data Controller, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative, informs you about the purposes and methods of processing personal data collected by filling in the form, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their contribution.

Personal data. Contact details. Data relating to the request to subscribe to the Newsletter service to receive commercial or promotional offers from the company.

Depending on the mode of interaction you choose, we may process or process your Personal Data for different purposes and on different legal bases.

Your personal data will be processed using IT or telematic tools in compliance with the principle of necessity and proportionality, avoiding the processing of personal data if the operations can be carried out through the use of anonymous data or by other means. We have adopted specific security measures to prevent the loss of personal data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access, but please do not forget that it is essential for the security of your data that your device is equipped with tools such as constantly updated antivirus and that the provider that provides you with the Internet connection guarantees the secure transmission of data through firewalls, anti-spam filters and similar safeguards.

The data may be communicated to third parties for the performance of activities functional to the structure, such as maintenance and management of the site and, more generally, by all employees, including those of third parties (suppliers of services, infrastructures, IT and the like) who are involved in the management and supervision of the same and duly appointed as data processors. In this case, the use by third parties will take place in full compliance with the principle of fairness and lawfulness.
There is no provision for the transfer of data to non-EU countries. Otherwise, the interested parties will be notified pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1, letter f) of European Regulation 2016/679, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation itself.
The data will not be disseminated.

In the event that the data subject believes that the processing of personal data carried out by the Data Controller is in violation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she habitually resides or works or in the place where the alleged violation of the regulation occurred (Data Protection Authority https://www.garanteprivacy.it/), or to take legal action.

7. Any changes and additional information
The owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove portions of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. Before using the Site or related resources (e-mail, telephone, social media accounts, etc.), it is therefore the user’s responsibility to verify the content of the current policy. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain the date of update.
