For 4 to 6 servings

1 quart strawberries
1 cup Nebbiolo d’Alba Vietti
3 tablespoons sugar

Wash and hull strawberries, sprinkle with sugar and pour Nebbiolo d’Alba over them.
Mix well, chill and serve.
