Vine: Nebbiolo for Barolo
Vineyard: Serralunga d’Alba; clone 75% michet 25% lampia; 19 Hl/Ha,1,2 T/acres
Ageing: 14 months in barriques and 12 months in Slavonia oak casks
Colour: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: rich, ample, intense; together with the classical aromas of violet and dry roses there is a fresh under wood fruit.
Taste: austere, elegant with soft and sweet tannins and long persistence.
Note: Lazzarito vineyard is one of the most famous “crus” of Serralunga. It’s our most modern interpretation of Barolo
