Surface: 0,90 Ha. total vines n°4.000 average age 37 years old.
Winemaking: After an alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks lasting 19 days at a temperature of between 28 and 32 degrees Centigrade, the wine macerated on the skins for a total of 33 days. It was then transferred immediately into small barrels for the malolactic fermentation, following which it spent its further period of ageing in 30-hectoliter oak casks.
It was bottled without filtration on 18th July 2007.
