Ageing: the
wine ages on fine lees for 4 months in the same containers used for
fermentation.
Description:
in the glass, it appears clear, with a straw yellow color and greenish
reflections. On the nose, it opens with a fresh, floral, and citrusy bouquet.
On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, and savory, with medium body, pronounced
acidity, and excellent balance. It is the freshest, most immediate, and
lowest-alcohol Timorasso wine among our Colli Tortonesi production.
