Grape variety: Pelaverga Piccolo 100%
Winemaking: after destemming and crushing the grape, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C, with gentle pump-overs. Maceration lasts no longer than 5 days. This vinification method highlights the freshness and aromatic characteristics of this grape variety. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel.
Ageing: the wine ages in small ceramic containers for approximately 4 months.
Description: pale ruby red in color. On the nose, it presents intense and original aromas, dominated by notes of white pepper, wild strawberry, cherry, rose, and violet, with hints of herbs and citrus. Spicy and floral, elegant and distinctive, on the palate it stands out for its freshness, balance, and gastronomic versatility. Fine tannins and low alcohol content contribute to making it highly drinkable. The finish is long and spicy, with peppery and fruity echoes. Recommended serving temperature is around 14°C.
